VicRoads Project

We don't just install fencing, we also design fencing for special needs, the following pictures are of a job designed by ourselves for a VicRoads Project, this fence was around 200m long and varied in height from 2.4m high to 3m high.

the fence has been designed to resist high winds by using class one timber made from mixed hardwood and red gum. and for longevity we used 25mm paling boards set horizontally and to finish off a vertical board was fixed.

We had some problems initially with rock but we overcame this by using a rock blaster who drilled into the centre of the offending rock then inserted sticks of dynamite and with a controlled amount of explosive shattered the rock, from this point al we had to do was clean out the hole.
